After graduating from Nagoya University, I wanted to heal various patients, so I worked at hospitals specializing in acute and chronic conditions, went to acupuncture and moxibustion school to think about treatment methods, studied specialized physical therapy for respiratory and circulatory organs, and researched regenerative medicine at Kochi University and applied it in clinical practice. However, after experiencing many times when patients returned home from the hospital only to be brought back to the hospital again, he felt a growing sense of helplessness. At that time, I was assigned to rehab on a home visit, and it became clear to me that the way patients spent their time at home could prevent them from being readmitted to the hospital. Not only the way they moved through life, but also the modification of barriers in their homes and their connection to the community were factors that made a big difference in the patient’s condition. This is something that one person cannot do alone, and it is difficult to change easily due to the intertwining of various things such as systems, government, and the local community, etc. However, as the work of this company, we communicate with local residents about systems and the current state of the community, and give advice to individuals and companies so that each local resident can realize his or her own original ideas. I started this company because I wanted to change the community together by informing local residents about systems and the current state of the community, and by giving advice to individuals and businesses. On weekdays, he works at a clinic and continues to provide home-visit rehabilitation services. He also serves as a board member of the Japan Home Visits Rehabilitation Association, and holds workshops and writes articles.

Our company philosophy is “a company that together creates new communities where everyone in the community can smile,” and we want to create a society where everyone, including our own families, can smile. That is why we are working as health inspectors in the city.
